PA v Criminal Court Coimbra (Portugal) [2017] EWHC 331 (Admin), [2017] All ER (D) 197 (Feb)

The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant’s appeal against orders for her extradition to Portugal to serve a sentence of three years and eight months’ imprisonment for armed robbery, swindling and forgery. However, that order was not to take effect for six months to enable the appellant to explore the possibility of serving her sentence in the UK to protect her child’s interests in ways consistent with the extradition regime.
