City law firm Druces LLP has announced the promotion of Lisa Cardy to senior associate in its real estate department, effective 1 November 2025. Lisa has been with the firm for several years and has contributed to a wide range of commercial and residential property matters. Her promotion recognises her technical expertise, client-focused approach and her role in delivering complex transactions for both UK and international clients.
Adrian Footer, partner in real estate, said Lisa’s promotion ‘reflects both her commitment to excellence and the trust clients place in her’. He added that she has ‘played a vital role in strengthening our offering across commercial real estate’.
The promotion is part of Druces’ ongoing investment in its real estate practice, which provides comprehensive services for investors, developers, financiers and private clients — covering everything from large-scale commercial developments to prime residential transactions.
Chief executive officer Edward Gordon-Hall said Lisa’s promotion ‘reflects not only her personal achievements but also our continued focus on the next generation of talent’. He added: ‘Her technical ability, professionalism and collaborative approach embody Druces’ values. As our real estate team continues to grow, Lisa’s experience will help us strengthen the service we provide to clients in the commercial real estate sector.’
