The Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) has elected Keoghs’ partner and director of strategy, Don Clarke as its president for 2012.
The presidency is a 12-month position and for Don follows a year as vice president.
Don intends that FOIL will lead from the front, helping to guide members through the greatest reforms to face the legal sector for over a century. He also believes it is vital that FOIL continues to be a voice on key industry issues such as the Jackson reforms and referral fees.
