 New partner for corporate & commercial team

Charles Russell LLP has appointed legal IT specialist David Skinner as a partner in the corporate and commercial team. David qualified in 1995 and joins Charles Russell from Radiant Law Limited. He has previously worked for Bird & Bird, Shaw Pittman and Morrison & Foerster LLP. David has represented both customers and suppliers in complex technology transactions and is noted for his expertise in pricing, governance and service levels.
