Clarke Willmott has appointed Matthew Roach as a partner in its Taunton office, bolstering its commercial property team. Roach joins with more than 20 years’ experience in real estate law, further strengthening the firm’s regional offering.
He was previously director and head of residential development at Walker Solicitors and specialises in complex partnership transactions, land acquisitions and disposals, and development agreements. He regularly advises landowners and housing developers and is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
