The Legal Aid Agency has pushed back the procurement process start date for its Civil Legal Advice and civil face-to-face legal aid contracts from April 2017 to May 2017. It has also abandoned plans to run a two-stage process, with separate stages for organisational suitability (SQ) and category-specific services (ITT). Instead, both stages will be run at the same time. Further information will be provided closer to the start-date.
