The tangle of procedural complexities involved in getting Brexit to its conclusion are illuminated in a report published by The UK in a Changing Europe, a research body at King’s College funded by the Economic and Social Research Council. The report, The Brexit endgame, by Matt Bevington, Jack Simson Caird and Alan Wager, is issued in two forms—the full report (37 pages) and a short guide (11 pages).
