It’s election time at the Bar Council again, with potential candidates urged to put their name forward by 5pm on 21 September. Applicants are reminded that this year, the categories for juniors have changed from under/over 7 years’ call to under/over 7 years in practice. Elected Bar Council members are expected to attend a minimum of four of the eight Bar Council meetings each year.
