Fladgate expands its corporate practice with the hire of partner Amy Collins from Olswang, who joined the firm this month.
Amy specialises in corporate work for public and private companies, advising on joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
Other recent appointments include Macfarlanes real estate partner, Richard Reuben, and Halliwells
head of real estate finance, Kim McMurray.
