Amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010, SI 2010/675 (“the Environmental Permitting Regulations”).
This Order provides for payments which the Treasury authorises in cases where persons have been adversely affected by maladministration in the regulation before December 2001 of the Equitable Life Assurance Society to be disregarded for the purposes of liability to capital gains tax, corporation tax or income tax.

Amend the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008, SI 2008/1804, which prescribe application fees and annual fees payable by registered childcare providers to Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills (“the Chief Inspector”).
Brings the Equality Act 2010, s 37 on 11 July 2011.
Consolidate with amendments the Non-Maintained Special Schools Regulations 1999, SI 1999/2257.
Prescribe the maximum financial penalty which may be imposed on a licensed body, or a manager or employee of a licensed body, by a licensing authority in accordance with its licensing rules.
